Welcome to the website (the "Site") of Holy Rosary Catholic Parish (herein referred to as the "Parish," "we", "us" and/or "our"). This Site is operated by Holy Rosary Catholic Parish and has been created to provide information about our parish and to provide access to the information, resources, products and services available through the Site (the "Parish Services") to our Site visitors ("you", "your"). This Privacy Policy sets forth the Parish's policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from Site visitors.

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Parish Services, request sacramental preparation, sign up for ministries, or use certain Parish Services. Wherever the Parish collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of the Parish and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

  • We do NOT sell, share, rent, or provide your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
  • Your mobile phone number and text message consent will only be used by Holy Rosary Catholic Parish staff for the specific purposes you have authorized.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston: We may share your Personal Data with the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, including sacramental record-keeping, verification, and canonical requirements.

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: The Parish, like many organizations, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, processing payments, and providing communication services. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect information about children only in connection with sacramental preparation, religious education, and youth ministry activities.
